1. Who we are

AI Meta Ads by Coach Adam is published in Malaysia by Muhammad Adam Syafiq bin Saridan, who uses the public-facing name Coach Adam Syafiq. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@adamsyafiq.com.

2. How the plugin works

The plugin is a skills-based instruction package. The package itself does not operate an independent advertising backend or customer database. It guides ChatGPT or Codex to use tools and connectors that you have separately chosen and authorised.

3. Information that may be processed

Your prompts, business details, advertising copy, images, campaign settings, and tool activity may be processed by OpenAI and by services you authorise, such as Meta, Cloudinary, or Netlify. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

If you contact support, we may receive your name, email address, message, and any redacted files you choose to provide.

4. Credentials and sensitive information

We do not intentionally request or store your passwords, access tokens, API keys, payment details, or Meta login credentials. Do not place such information in prompts, support emails, or uploaded files.

5. How support information is used

Information sent to support is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and improve documentation or the plugin. We do not sell support information.

6. Website tracking

These support and legal pages do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or a database contact form. Standard technical logs may still be created by the hosting provider for security and service operation.

7. Retention and security

Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to resolve requests, maintain records, and meet legal or security obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held directly through support, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can revoke third-party connector access through the relevant service or OpenAI settings.
