What to include
Tell us which device and ChatGPT or Codex surface you were using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any troubleshooting already attempted. A redacted screenshot is useful when relevant.
Keep credentials private
Never email passwords, access tokens, API keys, payment information, Meta login credentials, or unredacted customer data. Support will not ask for them.
Third-party services
Meta, OpenAI, Cloudinary, and Netlify operate their own services. Account access, outages, billing, and platform enforcement may need to be handled directly with the relevant provider.
