Terms of Use
These terms govern use of AI Meta Ads by Coach Adam. By using the plugin, you agree to use it lawfully and review every campaign before launch.

1. Purpose and scope
The plugin provides guided assistance for Meta advertising, including Conversion, WhatsApp Leads, and Awareness workflows. It may help draft copy, generate creative, prepare campaign settings, validate a setup, and use tools you have connected.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to use the service and authorised to act for the business, advertising account, pages, data, and assets involved.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking all facts, claims, offers, prices, permissions, targeting, budgets, schedules, landing pages, and generated materials. You must comply with Malaysian law, Meta policies, OpenAI policies, and any rules that apply to your industry.
4. Approval before publish or spend
The workflow is designed to present a final summary and request explicit approval before publishing an ad or committing spend. You remain responsible for confirming the exact account, campaign, budget, dates, destination, and creative before approval.
5. No performance guarantee
Advertising results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee sales, leads, reach, profitability, platform approval, uninterrupted availability, or any particular performance outcome.
6. Third-party services
The plugin may work with OpenAI, Meta, Cloudinary, Netlify, or other services that you authorise. Their availability, decisions, fees, data handling, and account rules are outside our control and governed by their own agreements.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the plugin for unlawful advertising, fraud, impersonation, discrimination, deceptive or unsupported claims, infringement, unauthorised account access, credential sharing, malware, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
8. Content and intellectual property
The plugin materials and workflow remain the publisher’s intellectual property. You retain rights you already hold in your business information and assets. Your rights in generated output may also be subject to the terms of the AI and third-party services used.
9. Changes, suspension, and availability
We may update or discontinue the plugin, documentation, or supported workflows. Access may be restricted where necessary for safety, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the plugin is provided without warranties and the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including advertising spend, lost profits, account restrictions, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
